It was heartbreaking moment for the little girl, when she received the letter which she had sent to Santa on this Christmas, because of insufficient address.

According to the report, the letter was originally sent by the Alan Campbell’s daughter, from Dublin, but the posting company returned the letter because of insufficient address.
Regarding the issue, father Alan was very angry and complaint of this to the company.
A spokesman from the company said “It simply should not have happened”.
He then even said that they already have started an investigation to find out the cause.
The company offered to write a ‘very special’ letter to Mr Campbell’s daughter to say sorry, but the offer was declined.
