Liverpool’s Bogdan accepts blame for Watford goal
“It was an awesome victory against an fantastic team”, Quique Sanchez Flores, Watford’s manager, told the BBC.

Flores said this after the Nigerian worldwide performance attracted some big clubs in Europe, citing Ighalo’s chioce to stay with the club instead of moving to money spending Chinese club.
“I think Ighalo is completely clever, he chose five months ago the option to stay here with Watford”, the former Atletico Madrid boss said to Sky Sports.
Captain Troy Deeney and strike partner Ighalo were in fine form against Liverpool on Super Sunday and Flores revealed the key to fielding two strikers revolves around challenging both frontmen to drop into a regimented cordon in defence.
He added: “It’s not easy to recover after a goal like that in the first couple of minutes, it’s never going to be easy”. “If you play with two strikers separated from the rest of the players, it is very hard to stop the other team”, he said. “The season is still long and a lot of things can happen”. They are the ones who are going to be afraid of us because we went into the game at the back of three wins and they need the win.
Ighalo, who has scored 28 goals in the calendar year – more than any player in all four divisions – has decorated his memorable campaign with a series of “scoop” turns where he mesmerises defenders with a sublime party trick.
Emre Can has said Liverpool have their sights set on a return to the Champions League but accepts they must improve their consistency.
“It’s not clever: no, no, no. We have to keep the continuity”.
On Sunday, Swansea City and West Ham United found no solution to their recent travails in a lacklustre 0-0 Premier League draw at a sodden Liberty Stadium.
“We’re just doing our stuff and people have got to be anxious to come here now”.

“We are evolving with this idea, so to lose perspective would be very bad for us”.
