Liverpool top of league for fees spent on agents
Overall there is once again a significant rise in the Premier League fees to agents, however, with BBC Sport claiming that the last report showed £115m spent by the clubs in the English top flight.

Chelsea and Arsenal both spent NZ$27.5 million, while at the other end of the scale newcomers Watford paid NZ$3.6 million.
While the rest of us mere mortals are living like paupers, astronomical sums are being forked out by clubs to land big name players…and football agents have never had it so good.
According to the Echo Liverpool spent a sizeable chunk of this on buying out a third party who had ownership rights connected with Roberto Firmino.
Between October 1, 2014 and 30 September, 2015, the Reds have made £14,301,464 in payments to agents – this includes money paid by clubs on behalf of their players.
A new report has revealed that Liverpool’s outlay of over £14 million is the highest of all 20 Premier League clubs, per the MailOnline’s Neil Ashton.

Champions Chelsea spent £4,810,122 less on agents in the windows either side of their title success when compared to the previous year, with Manchester neighbours City and United among the big spenders.
