Music veteran LL Cool J’s son is reportedly in police custody after being arrested in New York City.

Reports say that Smith refused to leave the premises, leading to him being pressed by bouncers of the restaurant, who he attempted to fight. Apparently, in the early morning hours, the rapper got into an altercation with one of the restaurant employees who was attempting to escort him out of the venue.
Specific charges Smith may face are unknown at this time.
Najee Smith, 26, was inside the Catch Rooftop at Ninth Avenue and West 13th Street when he got into a fistfight with a group of six or seven men around 3:15 a.m., sources said.
Something tells us that LL Cool J isn’t going to be all that cool about this.
