In fact the company has recently announced its latest gaming product, the Logitech G Pro Gaming Mouse.
The optical gaming sensor inside the mouse is a PMW3366 and Logitech says that this sensor is considered the best among pro gamers and amateurs alike.
Logitech has rolled out a new gaming mouse that was made with help from pro gamers and aimed directly at the gamers out there who yearn to be pros. Those products target fast speed, accuracy, and responsiveness.
Explaining the appeal of this heady brew of mouse parts, Ujesh Desai, VP and GM of gaming at Logitech, said that eSports players aren’t afraid of providing both positive and negative feedback about the firm’s previous mouse designs.
“Competing at the top level requires a well-built mouse”, said Tyler “Skadoodle” Latham of Cloud 9 CS:GO.
The small, light G100s is a favorite among Logitech’s sponsored pro players, so the Pro Gaming offers a virtually identical shape with a few upgrades. DPI settings span from 200 to 12,000 and the included metal spring utton tension system ensures that both the left and right buttons are super easy to use.
Turning to the mouse “feel”, this ambidextrous design features “advanced button tensioning” for superior, consistent click response, so important for competitive gaming.

For serious eSports gamers – those who play in tournaments – the mouse can be used driver-less, with the profiles stored on the mouse itself. If you are interested in purchasing the Pro Gaming Mouse, it is priced at $70 and the company expects it to be available for purchase in the USA and Europe later this month.
