A lost seal was found wandering on streets after escaping for the second time from the rescue center.

According to the report, the seal, nicknamed as Rubbish, was found wandering on the streets of San Francisco, after escaping for the second time from its owner.
The police of San Francisco caught the mischievous seal and handed to the rescue center, who had lodged a complaint of missing seal.
It’s said that Rubbish was first discovered by experts from the Marine Mammal Center in February suffering from malnutrition and pneumonia.
Since then, the animal was being cared by the center before escaping.
