Aldermen tentatively approved the plan Tuesday. We might find out then whether the lapdance gets finished or not, so to speak.

The talks between the task force appointed by Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon and the six-owner NFL Los Angeles committee were initiated by members of the Los Angeles committee. Major League Soccer officials have also expressed interest in perhaps expanding to St. Louis if the new stadium is built.
