Louis van Gaal urges Manchester United response against Chelsea
Manchester United have had a poor season thus far, slipping to 6th in the English Premier League table and being knocked out at the group stage of the UEFA Champions League.

“The scrutiny is alright for me, I am used to that”, the United manager said.
Newcastle manager Steve McClaren admitted that he faced a struggle to rouse his players after they succumbed to a 93rd-minute Tom Cleverley header in a 1-0 home defeat by Everton.
Pereira praised United’s traveling fans and said the players were determined to reward the supporters with victory against the visiting Blues.
The Brazil under-20 worldwide stressed on the importance of everyone sticking together at the club as criticism of under-fire manager Louis van Gaal and the players has intensified.
More rumour and debate about Van Gaal’s position will come in the next couple of days, particularly if United lose to Chelsea on Monday, but the embattled Dutchman has his iron shield up and is ready for what comes his way. “I am not so interested in public talking”.
A day after British astronaut Tim Peake displayed a Stoke flag on the International Space Station, the central England team was in a different orbit to United in the first half. They put in a pathetic performance in the first half. “I am able to deal with the pressure; the players still have to perform”.
Fellow pundit Danny Murphy said he believed the Dutchman would not quit the club.
Mourinho has just become available after being sacked by Chelsea following the club’s worst ever start to a Premier League campaign.
Murphy said: “With Jose Mourinho you’re guaranteed trophies and Pep Guardiola is the same”.
They continued to look the more threatening going forward, with David de Gea making crucial saves to prevent both Arnautovic and Bojan getting on the scoresheet again.
The 26-year-old netted with an impressive effort from outside the penalty area as his side recorded a 2-0 win over Louis van Gaal’s visitors at the Britannia Stadium.
“Then we have spoken with each other [at half-time] and I have to say the second half was much better, but still we have created one or two chances and then you have to score, and then maybe the belief is coming back”.

Van Gaal said: “I thought it was the right decision, otherwise I would not have done it”. “We are not playing well enough as a team at the moment, we need to do better and we need a win, simple as that”.
