Reggie ‘N Bollie are set to battle it out with Louisa Johnson for the show’s crown tonight after surprising judges by dominating the public vote.
The remaining acts, Che Chesterman, Louisa Johnson and Reggie “N” Bollie, will compete for the top spot on Saturday and Sunday’s shows.
Louisa, as victor, will now release a cover of Bob Dylan’s Forever Young.
In the boxing entrance-themed segment, Louisa, from Chafford Hundred, arrived on stage to join him belting out Christina Aguilera’s Fighter, while Reggie “N” Bollie followed with a dynamic version of Kriss Kross’ smash hit Jump.
Also performing in the live final was One Direction, Adele, and a farewell appearance from One Direction, who are due to go on a hiatus. Simon Cowell said a heartfelt goodbye to his protégées, telling them they had been an “absolute pleasure” to work with.
The X Factor final will be shown on ITV1 and ITV1 HD tonight from 8pm.
“The fact that you’re 17 still blows my mind and for me I’m looking at the victor”, said Rita Ora.
After admitting that she was backing Louisa for the win, she did reveal her actual favourite.
Last week, 32-year-old Cheryl broke down in tears on the show during a performance of “Love is a Losing Game”, and afterwards said, “That really struck a chord with me”. Footballer David Beckham was filmed singing along to one of their songs in the auto, before saying to them: “Congratulations, you’ve given us years of incredible moments and you need to come back soon”.
Murs said: “I would say the best thing that Simon (Cowell) said to me was, go out there, forget about everything”. Come back soon guys!

He added: “We still pull in millions of viewers, we still get talked about every day, ITV loves it, the advertisers still love it”.
