LSU quarterback Brandon Harris and wide receiver Malachi Dupre helped a young woman and her son as their auto was overtaken by flood waters in Baton Rouge on Sunday. “That was Brandon Harris and Malachi Dupre, just doing good things on their own without direction”.

“It helps probably both teams at this point in the season after playing seven or eight games in a row to mentally and physically get your players a little recovery so that they might have a better chance to play”. Great that everybody’s healthy, and it was a great move.

Miles went on to say: “There’s a lot of real quality people on this team”, according to The Advocate’s Ross Dellenger. “She apparently had all of her personal belongings in the auto and traveling and ran right into what was a submerged area of water”.

The Tigers (10-4-4, 4-4-2 SEC) have certainly hit their stride in the homestretch of the regular season as they head to Lexington riding a three-game unbeaten streak in SEC play while taking seven points to jump up four spots into seventh place with 14 points on the SEC table during that span. They followed back-to-back 1-0 wins at Arkansas on October. 15 and at home to Mississippi State last Friday night with a 1-1 home draw with No. 17-ranked South Carolina on Sunday afternoon to finish their home schedule unbeaten in 2015.

LSU fans got their biggest glimpse yet Saturday at freshman speedster Donte’ Jackson’s play-making potential.

J.D. Moore is a vital cog in LSU’s ground-game. “Worked out today, and it appears that we’ll have a full slate (of players) come Monday”.

Senior safety Jalen Mills has returned to action after having an injury scare against Western Kentucky, missing the second half with what Miles called a “soft tissue issue”.

White was injured in practice last week in what Miles called a freak accident. The trio worked out Tuesday, Miles said, but did not practice with the team.
