The trio are incredibly integral when speaking about LSU’s team.

No. 4 LSU visits No. 7 Alabama on November 7 in Tuscaloosa after an open date this week.

Jackson fielded punts confidently and securely against Western Kentucky in White’s absence after a practice injury.

INJURY REPORT: LSU starting fullback John David Moore of Ruston has not returned to practice yet after injuring his thigh and knee against South Carolina on October 10, but he is progressing toward playing at Alabama. LaCouture had minor surgery last week on an injured foot, and White injured his left knee during practice last Monday.

“I think if you found those guys that leave early, majority they either came from major programs or they’re guys that become with a discipline and a structure that was given to them, whether it’s home or their high school or a few place else”, Miles said.

J.D. Moore is a vital cog in LSU’s ground-game.

Freshman Bry’Kiethon Mouton struggled at times Saturday.

Said the coach about lifting the redshirt on Ducre: “We want to see if he can play”. The play was nullified by a LSU defensive holding penalty.

Greg Gilmore, a redshirt sophomore, replaced LaCouture as the starting tackle. Dupre, a sophomore from New Orleans, caught a career long 55-yard touchdown pass from Harris and had two other catches for 86 yards in all.

“I’m told that two of our guys during that monsoon that we had stepped in and helped a stranded motorist and her child”, Miles said to reporters after practice Tuesday night.

“They basically went into a auto that had insulin in it for (a woman’s) diabetic son, went underwater and got it”, Miles said. “That was Brandon Harris and Malachi Dupre, just doing good things on their own without direction”.

“I don’t know that it’s a sneak preview for fans, but it’s certainly ability that he has”, Miles said.
