3-1, min. 84, Costa.

Referee Neil Swarbrick dismissed the appeals and Clement did not approach him about the decision afterwards.
Chelsea was the dominant side for most of the game and Cesc Fabregas, playing his 300th EPL game gave the home team the lead before Fernando Llorente’s equaliser right on half-time gave the visitors a lifeline.
The post Lack Of Playing Time Really Frustrated Fabregas appeared first on 360Nobs.com. Fabregas slotted the ball through for Pedro to curl into the net through goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski’s hands in the 72nd.
Fernando Llorente equalised with a stunning header against the run of play, but Pedro stepped up to find the victor. Costa’s goal, seven minutes from time made the scoreline look like it was a dominant display, but it was anything but.
The West London side will travel to London Stadium for their next Premier League fixture, as they’ll face West Ham United away on Monday – 6th of March.
‘For sure, it’s Chelsea I’m thinking about. Fabregas has started just six times in the League this term – scoring against Swansea in the latest of those on Saturday – with Antonio Conte preferring the more defensively solid Nemanja Matic to line up alongside N’Golo Kante.
“I understand the situation”.
Fabregas again the architect, his free-kick was met by Gary Cahill but the header went a few yards wide. The Italian giants are now lining up a move for the Spain global.
Chelsea started strongly, as Hazard dummied the ball which he received back from Fabregas, his shot was well saved by Fabianski though.
And the breakthrough quickly came in the 19th minute when Clement’s side finally succumbed to Chelsea’s relentless power.
He remains a big fan of the ex-Arsenal captain despite the wheels coming off in the following season.
Chelsea continued to dominated but struggled to create any clear-cut chances until the 72nd minute.
But on 71 minutes a slice of luck went Chelsea’s way as Fabregas set up pedro. Subs: Jordan Ayew (for Carroll, 76): 5, Luciano Narsingh (for Routledge, 81): 5.

Mourinho reportedly failed in attempts to sign Matic and Willian last summer so the chances are Chelsea will also rebuff any attempt to sign Fabregas – although the fact he’s not a first team regular may open the door to a surprise deal.
