Lunch message from Catholic school goes viral
One strict rule at an Arkansas Parochial High School is going viral nationwide because the school says it wants to teach their students problem solving.

“I had ideas and then during the opening pep rally and initiation, Mr. Straessle addressed the whole student body and let us know the rules”, Wingfield said.
Opinions on the message from commenters were largely supportive, with one person person writing “that’s what they need to learn!” “I was kinda shocked, but after a couple years here, I understood why it was a rule”.
An Arkansas high school sign telling parents not to drop off their children’s forgotten homework or lunch is garnering national attention.
Principal Steve Straessle says the sign merely points out a decades-old policy.
By Wednesday morning the post had more than 144,900 thousand shares, 69,000 likes and almost 3.5 thousand comments.
An image of the sign was posted to the all-boys school’s Facebook page and shared over 115,000 times in a week.
“You learn by taking responsibility, not by escaping it”, was a common theme.
Which Patrick agrees with.

Patrick continued, “It makes me think for myself and not rely on other people to do things for me”.
