Mae Whitman is set to rejoin her Parenthood mom Lauren Graham for a cameo in the upcoming Gilmore Girls revival!
The fight between Team Dean and Team Jess on the “Gilmore Girls” revival is no longer just between the boys themselves but between The Dark Knight and The Man of Steel as well. “I see Alexis Bledel and my heart goes into a seizure”, she confessed.
Apart from Graham and Bledel, main cast members Kelly Bishop, Scott Patterson, Liza Weil, Yanic Truesdale, Liz Torres, and Sean Gunn have been confirmed to return for the reboot.
The fans of the show, however, are going to miss Richard Gilmore, who was played by Edward Herrmann. Sookie St. James won’t be joining the group either as Melissa McCarthy is now busy doing the “Ghostbusters” movie. Netflix is bringing the series back for four 90-minute episodes, each one centered on a different season of the year.
“Could” is the operative word here, as the book, Eat Like A Gilmore, is part of a Kickstarter campaign launched by Kristi Calrson, who describes herself on Twitter as a GG superfan, a “California eclectic” and an artist manager.
