During an interview with FBI investigators, the Democratic nominee said Powell had advised her to use a personal email and that he did the same while serving as secretary of state.

“I have told Hilleary’s [sic] minions repeatedly that they are making a mistake trying to drag me in, yet they still try. A 70-year-old person with a long track record, unbridled ambition, greedy, not transformational, with a husband still dicking bimbos at home (according to the NYP)”.

The now-closed FBI investigation into the Democrat’s use of a private email server has dogged her White House campaign. Clinton used a private email server located in the basement of her NY home.
Powell has been linked to Clinton’s email scandal by the current Democratic nominee herself. He added in an August 18, 2016 email that “everything [Clinton] touches, she kind of screws up with hubris”.
Powell raised questions about Clinton’s health back in 2015. And fellow former secretary of state Condoleezza Rice appeared to agree. He also said Trump “is in the process of destroying himself” so there is “no need for Dems to attack him”. “Paul Ryan is calibrating his position again”, Powell said of the speaker of the House who had only recently chose to endorse Trump at the time of the email. “I said nothing about servers, basements, domains, Clinton foundation, government employees”, Powell wrote.

DCLeaks posted the stolen emails online and has previously posted hacked documents from Democrats and Republicans, BuzzFeed reports. That is good advice that “Hillary’s mafia” never took.
