‘Making a Murderer’ Subject Steven Avery’s Twin Sons Break Their Silence
People reports that Bill Avery, one of Steven Avery’s twin sons, revealed on an interview with Crime Watch Daily that he didn’t think his dad killed Halbach, but indicated that he’s about as close to his father as he is a total stranger.

In this candid interview, the twins share what it’s like living in the shadow of infamy, and seeing their family tragedy become an American obsession.
Steven Avery Sr. spent 18 years in prison for a crime he did not commit before being released in 2003.
He also said it “sucks” that their lives are so public, but admitted he hopes the exposure will help people see a “bigger picture”.
At this point, it seems like just about everyone involved with the Steven Avery murder trial has had their say. The latest piece of evidence might prove Steven’s innocence of the Teresa Halbach murder case.
“I have no idea”. Like, it’s clear that there was corruption’.
“I don’t wanna live life saying he’s guilty when he’s really innocent or he’s innocent when he’s really guilty, and I would just – I just wanna know the truth from him”.
The twins, now adults, are a product of Steven Avery’s relationships with his former wife Lori Mathiesen. “But if they’re innocent, get them out”, he said. He was eventually convicted of the crime and sentenced to life in prison.
Steven Avery has obtained new legal counsel, and has filed an appeal of his murder conviction.
Manitowoc County residents also didn’t take kindly to the negative publicity generated by the show in their community.

The Avery brothers, who are the spitting image of their father, said their last name has caused them to be discriminated against.
