Mall of the Emirates Apple Store could be world’s largest
The new Apple Store in Dubai will be located at the Mall of the Emirates, and will celebrate its grand opening at 4:00 PM local time, while the Abu Dhabi store will be located inside Yas Mall and hold its grand opening three hours later at 7:00 PM local time. The company just recently updated its store locations page to incorporate the two stores in UAE, reporting the openings of both stores too.

It’s hard to understand why India, which is the second largest smartphone market in the world, does not have an official Apple store till now. However, Apple addresses it by becoming partners with Tata, so Apple shops are inside Croma stores in the region, said Engadget.
One of the upcoming two stores is already reputed to be the biggest Apple Store on the planet.
Last month, as per a report on Macrumors, Apple CEO Tim Cook was asked by India Prime Minister Narendra Modi to consider building a manufacturing plant in the country, and Cook reportedly suggested to ease complicated laws of establishing an Apple Store in India.
The mall had announced an exhaustive line-up of chic stores that opened on the day on Level 2 of the mall.
Today, that speculation has been put to rest with the unveiling of the barricades, which have been designed by Arabic calligrapher Samir Sayegh (see pictures).
Each location will not only have the same wooden tables as a typical Apple store, but will have Apple-trained employees, the same lighting elements, and products will be displayed in the same manner.
In August, The National reported the UAE was a target market for the technology giant.
In terms of gender, men in the UAE prefer Apple while women like Samsung.
