A Japanese man live-streaming his video game session online purportedly set fire to his apartment by accident as his webcam continued to broadcast. Here, an entire matchbox catches fire, causing the mayhem that ensues. Still, at this point, things didn’t seem all that grave.
The match appeared to drop into a bag of tissues, which quickly ignited.

He then covers the flaming bag with a cardboard box.
The man attempts to put the fire out with a few cardboard, but he ends up only fanning and fueling the flames.
“Later on the messages are stuff like: “How did this even happen” and “Why aren’t you calling 119”. According to a few comments on the YouTube video, the sound was his computer automatically reading a few of his stream’s comments out loud.

It is not believed the streamer or anyone else was harmed, with one poster describing the incident in several replies as “minor”.
