A man reportedly shot his friend to death with the loaded gun while acting on a RAP lyrics.

According to the report, the 22 year old man, Rodney Clay Patrick Jr, was singing with his friend when he suddenly picked up a gun and thought that it wasn’t loaded.
He then fired it on his friend, Douglas Trey Winslow, 17, who on spot died after the incident.
Police was immediately called.
Rodney initially said to police that his friend accidentally shot himself. But soon he admitted that he wasn’t knowing that the gun was loaded and hence fired on him.
Rodney was charged with manslaughter using a firearm, tampering with evidence and possession of a controlled substance.
