Man arrested after body parts found in Seattle
Police say someone found body parts in a recycling bin in Seattle’s Central District on Saturday afternoon.

A neighbor said Lyne’s ex-husband reported her missing on Saturday.
Friends said Ms Lyne was last seen on Friday afternoon and had been due to go on a date that night to a Seattle Mariners baseball game with someone she met online.
Officers said Monday evening that the human remains were likely those of Ingrid Lyne, a 40-year-old nurse reported missing Saturday after her date to watch the Mariners play the night before.
Upon being notified of her disappearance, cops ‘desperately’ searched for the missing mother, who had been last seen getting into her silver 2015 Toyota Highlander, with the plate number, AUW3230.
The Seattle Police Department is still working to locate Lyne’s missing vehicle. “As far as other forensic evidence that’s out there, we will continue on over the next 24, 48, 72 hours – as long as it takes to find anything and everything that we can”, Seattle Police Department Assistant Chief Robert Merner said. She was supposed to be with the suspect on the night she disappeared.
Detectives connected the two cases, searched Lyne’s home for evidence and identified Charlton as a suspect. They say homicide detectives interviewed Charlton, then booked him into the King County Jail for investigation of murder.
KIRO-TV also went to the house in Lake Stevens where Charlton was recently living.
The murder of Ingrid Lyne, a single mother of three, has shocked her close-knit Washington neighborhood.
Police said the remains were found Saturday in a man’s recycling container, packed in plastic bags. “This investigation is ongoing, however, at this time”. He was arrested for theft in Missoula, Montana, in 2009. “I mean, I just talked to her”, said neighbor Robert Croner.

“We have no reason to believe that there’s any question of the victim’s identity – we’re very confident that the victim is the one that has been identified in the media”, the police chief said, referring to Lyne.
