A man was arrested after he called the emergency service for reporting against a harassing phone call – but while complaining he asked the lady officer on the other side – if she was single.

It has been reported that the 44 year old man, Eduardo Raoul Garcia, called the 911 to file a report against a harassing call but while talking, he asked the lady officer if she was single.
Officer then disconnected the phone but he continued calling again and again for few times.
At last, the department had to trace the call and arrested the man, who was at that time drinking.
Police even explained that while they were at his place to arrest, he talked nonsense to them including threating to kill the officer before spitting on other.
He is now facing charge of battery as well as misusing the 911 emergency system.
