Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of St. Nichols Street around 8 p.m. on Tuesday after they received a call regarding a man who pulling down his trousers and swinging on a stop sign.

A man has been arrested and charged after he publicly exposed himself and “violated” a parked van, Dayton police said.
Henson was arrested for public indecency, and he is now in the Montgomery County Jail.
The alleged sex act went on “for a while” until he later passed out in a nearby yard, according to WDTN.
Police said officers responded to the report of a man who was “acting odd”.
Police said officers found the suspect walking along Deanwood Avenue and he appeared to be under the influence.
Officers placed Henson in the back of a police vehicle and spoke with the woman who called police. Dayton police were called after Henson got up and began wandering the neighborhood again.

As of Wednesday, the charge was waiting court action, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
