According to the report source from Connecticut State Police says that a man named Sean Morkys had tweeted an offensive and threatening status on Donald Trump.
The tweet made reference to a bomb being detonated at the Trump rally in Waterbury, police said.
The tweet, later deleted from the account, was followed by a second that apparently warned the suspect’s family to leave the campaign event in Waterbury to avoid harm.
Morkys was interviewed at his home by State Police Counter Terrorism detectives, Waterbury Police Department detectives and special agents from the Service, Connecticut State Police State officials said. The investigation occurred after the United States Secret Service contacted the Connecticut State Police Office of Counter Terrorism to look into the matter. And finally, he was released on a $25,000 bond and on May 4 he will be produced on the court. The USSS determined that Morkys did not pose an immediate threat to any protectees or the public. However, he was still taken into custody and charged with first-degree threatening, inciting injury to person or property and second-degree breach of peace.

Other Trump rallies have been marred by occasional clashes between supporters and protesters.
