During a man’s harrowing and freaky attempt to climb the Trump Tower in New York City Wednesday, fans of the Supernatural actor were concerned he had chose to try out a new sport, given the two men’s similar features.

As a crowd gasped on the street below, two officers leaned far out of a window, grabbed the climber’s arm and harness, and in a flash yanked him from his dangling stirrups.
Once in custody, the man went in peacefully but didn’t have much to say once they got him inside, police said.
According to The New York Post, the man posted a video to You Tube Tuesday saying he was a Trump supporter and wanted to meet with him.
He then says he is an independent researcher seeking a “private audience” with Republican Presidential Candidate Donald Trump to discuss an “important matter”.
He was speaking with officers through the holes cut in the side of the building.

His direct ascent was interrupted when police broke a window from the inside, and attempted to coax him to safety.
They also put an inflatable landing pad on East 56th Street between Madison and Fifth Avenues.
“At no time did he express that he wanted to hurt anybody”, he added.
“Hello, Mr. Trump, do excuse my manner of appearance”.
The video is titled, “Message to Mr. Trump (why I climbed your tower)” and was posted on August 9.
It is not clear who the man is or why he scaled the building. As for anyone else who is watching, please help make this video go viral so that it gets to Mr. Trump.
There was no immediate confirmation about the video’s authenticity.
Police grabbed Steve from Virginia as he reached the 26th floor, after what amounted to a three-hour standoff between the climber and police.
Police took him to a hospital for a psychological evaluation, after which he would be arrested, Morris said. The department says they are working with the district to attorney to determine what charges may be filed.
The 58-story building is Donald Trump’s business headquarters. The Republican presidential nominee was traveling in Virginia and Florida on Wednesday.
Since he launched his controversial, media-saturated bid for the White House, the tower on New York’s prestigious Fifth Avenue has become a magnet for tourists.
Members of the public are free to roam inside the atrium until 10 pm most days as part of an agreement that allowed Trump to build 20 stories higher.
