Friends and relatives who entered the multifamily home on Phillips Street hours after the crash declined to speak to reporters. They are now investigating what happened.
Zhen Li, 52, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say the 54-year-old man was taken to an area hospital because he was distraught.

“I walked down the street and saw someone, or something, under a white blanket”, Edwin Williams said.
The police department confirms that no charges are being filed at this time.

He said he did not know Li and was saddened by the news.
