A man from Pennsylvania has been charged for harassing a pregnant woman by hugging and touching her belly without her consent.

According to the Pennsylvania police, the man Richard J. Beishline, 57 year old, went to his neighbour’s home few days back then he hugged and touched the belly of that pregnant lady who is his neighbour. Report also says that when he hugged that pregnant lady against her wish, she opposed it by pushing him back. He then went back to his home and the lady calls the police and registers a complaint against him of harassment.

Police spokesman said that this charge was not so big, so he may release by putting some fine. However, they also said that this case might be the first of its kind.
