According to the report, the 32 year old mentally ill man, Ryan Carpenter, was found by the home owner in his home taking hot water bath.
Home owner immediately called police and police took him on a doubt of burglary.
However, after some investigation, police explained that Mr. Ryan had said “he is suffering from some mental illness, which makes him want to break into homes to take hot showers after his hot water runs out”.
But despite of this explanation, he was charged with burglary activities.
