Police said Bromson is not an employee of the stadium and was intoxicated when he was arrested.
Matthew Bromson, 48, of North Granby, Conn., was arraigned on multiple weapons charges stemming from the New Year’s Day arrest and additional charges from a search of his vehicle, a case out of Walpole, and on an outstanding warrant in CT.
Matthew Bromson laughed during his arraignment in Wrentham District Court.
Foxborough police have seized a cache of weapons found in a Gillette Stadium employee parking lot.
Bromson is known by police to possess a number of handguns and rifles, however police said at no time was the public in any danger. The man they investigated was later identified as being Bromson. He was acting suspiciously and was arrested by police after they found the weapons. He also did not appear to have been there to attend the Winter Classic.

‘Bromson was asked to leave the hotel by management and officers assisted Bromson to another local hotel in close proximity to the location of the incident, ‘ police said in a statement. On New Year’s Eve, Bromson was allegedly thrown out of a nearby hotel and police were called to help settle him somewhere else. Gillette Stadium officials could not be immediately reached for comment.
