Man Conned In A Drug Deal Calls The Cops

Here is another piece of news that proves how hilariously idiotic criminals can sometimes be. Turns out, Daniel P. Noehl Sr. of Iowa called the cops, when he was conned in a drug deal. It’s baffling that someone would even consider doing such a thing, but it seems that Daniel was high on the very same drugs he was dealing in and hence wasn’t thinking clearly. As you must have guessed by now, this foolish decision of calling the cops, led to Daniel being arrested. If only all criminals were like Daniel, the concept of crime would vanish from planet earth.

What is even more hilarious is the fact that after being conned in the drug deal, Daniel called the cops thrice. Why you ask? Well, he wanted to know why it was taking so for the cops to arrive at the scene. Surely, the cops must have felt someone was playing a prank, which is why they mustn’t have responded instantly.  After all, it isn’t everyday that you come across people like Daniel. Many of you must be curious to know as to what exactly Daniel was selling; Daniel was reportedly selling prescription drugs and when arrested his defense was that he didn’t know selling prescription drugs was illegal.

While at it, Daniel even admitted to the cops that he is a cocaine addict, which surely mustn’t have come as much of a surprise to the cops. He also handed over his pipe, which till recently was used by him to smoke crack cocaine. Daniel told the cops that he was selling the prescription drugs illegally, only so he could buy himself some groceries and cigarettes. He was subsequently arrested and charged. This is the first time and it won’t be the last time that we will come across insanely stupid criminals.

Just a while ago, a man from Tennessee reported a safe stolen. The cops did their job by finding the safe, but the story didn’t end there. Inside the safe was a bag of pills and packet of marijuana. It seems unlikely, but the only logical assumption one can arrive at is that this man was hoping his safe would be returned unopened by the cops. Or else, why would anyone in their right mind report a safe that contains illegal substances, stolen? As Einstein famously said “Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I’m not sure about the universe.”
