Man didn’t like his mugshot, sends ‘better’ photo to police

It appears that Pugh saw the mug shots and was not a fan, so he went ahead and sent police a better picture of himself!

“I started having fun with it”, he said, according to The Lima News.

The picture he sent is of himself sitting in a auto, wearing sunglasses.

Police in Lima, Ohio, appealed for information on Donald A “Chip” Pugh, for failing to appear in court and following a number of incidents including arson and vandalism.

An Ohio fugitive didn’t care for the photos police released as they tried to track him down.

Police posted it to the Facebook page and added, “We thank (Pugh) for being helpful, but now we would appreciate it if he would come speak to us at the (police station) about his charges”.

Lt. Andy Green with Lima police said he’d talked to Pugh on Wednesday, though Pugh said he was out of state.

Police said Pugh is continuing to draw attention to himself, which will eventually result in officers locating him. “I can’t help but run with it. I did it for my idiot friends”. “My hero was this character who used to say, ‘Run, run, fast as you can”.

The radio host claimed, “At the end of the day, everyone is cheering for Chip”. Was it a bad idea to provide the police with an improved photo?
