David Wilson repeatedly raped his 23-month-old niece and a teenage girl, with whom he reportedly claimed to be in love.

“We the jury find the defendant, David Richard Wilson, guilty for sexual assault of a child”, the foreman read. Despite being fully aware of his HIV-positive status, he would go on to carry out more sickening attacks on two more children – one of which being one of his own family members.

The toddler’s parents are said to have lived out of state, had drug problems, and sent their daughter to live with family in Houston.

She was found to be HIV positive and was diagnosed with herpes and chlamydia, according to the station. Due to increased infection, the doctors had to perform reconstructive surgery on her private parts. And now, he has been found guilty again with the sex assault of two more children.

An exam of the girl showed that she also was HIV positive, had herpes and Chlamydia.

Wilson was already a registered sex offender.

This is not the first time that Wilson has been convicted for a sex crime. She was only 23 months old at the time. The child belongs to Wilson’s sister and is also his niece.

A doctor told investigators the toddler “had to have been sexually assaulted as evidenced by the presence of three sexually transmitted diseases”.

Two weeks ago, a 17-year-old Baton Rouge, La. man, accused of transmitting HIV to a 13-year-old girl, was indicted Wednesday on third-degree rape charges.
