NEW YORK-A man scaled the side of Trump Tower in midtown Manhattan on Wednesday afternoon with what looked like large suction cups, drawing hundreds of onlookers and prompting a significant police response.

The 58-storey building is the headquarters of Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump’s campaign. As police react to the weird display, America needs to know: Who is the man scaling Trump Tower?
Around 4:30 p.m., police began to open vents in the path of the climbing man in an attempt to intercept his path. A witness says the wall-crawler was using some sort of device made out of five suction cups. Emergency Services workers have cut a hole through a grate in the building, as a possible place to intercept the climber.

Shortly after 5 p.m., someone shattered a window on the 16th floor, a few stories above the man, and draped what looked like blankets over the ledge.
