A man was fined just $300 for killing thousands of dogs, by giving them poison in their food.

It was reported that the 31 year old man, Danila Kislitsyn, was diagnosed with the tuberculosis few years ago, but he blamed the stray dogs for his illness, and since then he went on a mission of killing dogs.
He mostly used to mix poison in the foods of dogs.
However, when the police found out, they arrested him and firstly took him to the psychiatrist, then to the court, after the doctor said him fit and fine.
Court fined him $300 (almost).
Seeing the result, an angry animal lover said “He says he only targeted strays but very often people’s pets were also poisoned after eating a piece of sausage that he had laced with poison”.
