A day after the tweet, ABC News in Arizona reported that Penton would have made good on the threat, shooting and killing at least one of his roommates.

A police spokesman said the victim was 41-year-old who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Penton told police he scuffled with Garofalo after being told to move out and he feared for his safety before shooting him.
Authorities say a fight led to one roommate shooting another roommate Sunday morning.
Officers responded to a shooting call at the 3600 block of East Morning Star Lane, near Highley and Chandler Heights roads, about 11:18 a.m. Sunday.
While police say they can not confirm the Twitter account belongs to Penton, they say they are “looking into the possibility”.
Penton was taken into custody and booked on murder charges at Maricopa County Jail.
