Man Looks Behind the Refrigerator, Finds the Deadliest Surprise

Unfortunately for one Australian mother, her home became the stuff of horrors after an Eastern brown snake made its way behind her refrigerator.

The snake is recovering from the exhaustion of laying the eggs.

The rescue operation was filmed on camera and uploaded to YouTube by Snake Catchers Adelaide.

A woman in Australia had a pregnant brown snake just casually hanging out under her fridge, waiting for her younglings to come out.

As it turns out, “beneath the fridge” is an ideal spot for snakes to take up shop in the summer, given the dark, confined space, the relative humidity, and the warmth being generated by the fridge’s compressor.

‘Luckily the lady actually saw the snake’s head pop out from under the fridge so she called a snake catcher straight away to remove it, ‘ Mr Burrell said.

“I’ve been doing it for 40 years and I make it look easy”, he told the British paper.

“When you’re doing 300 snakes a month you tend to get a little bit blase”.

Rolly carefully grabbed the animal – an eastern brown snake – which just so happens to be rated the second most venomous land snake in world.

The eastern brown snake is a fairly common species in South Australia, where Adelaide is located, though the snake is generally found in open grasslands, pastures and woodlands.
