Man Posts Frightening Hospital Picture of Himself Help Prevent Drug Deaths at
19 year-old Jordan Blackburn is his name, and this picture is of himself, while in a medically induced coma, after taking an array of ecstasy tablets while partying at a music festival with his friends.

The 20-year-old attended the Kendal Calling music festival in the UK on July 31, according to the BBC.
Fortunately, Jordan eventually woke up, unlike his friend Christian Pay, who died next to him in the hospital.
Jordan Blackburn, 20, from Millom in Cumbria, needs to warn others of the risks of substance abuse. The post is just shy of 4,000 shares.
He told the BBC he and his friends took at least three different types of pills at the concert but he is unsure what exactly they were.
Blackburn has now posted the picture online to draw attention to the “stupid” mistake he and his friends made. He was laying in his hospital bed and he just looked and he said, “I’ve been given a second chance at life, haven’t I?” and I said, “yes you have”.
She explained: “I thought my world was about to end, I really did”. “I knew about Christian and I just thought, ‘This is it.’…” While some might never have considered taking drugs in their lives, it is apparent that some consider it, and others actively use – and we share this in the hope that maybe it will help you reconsider.
“He just wants to raise awareness”.
‘Physically he’s fine. He’s still really exhausted; his body has been through quite a trauma.

“Mentally he’s coping OK, but I think he’s got what I would call survivor’s guilt”, she said. Four people were arrested for distributing drugs at the event, authorities told the station.
