A man who was given a fake discount card by his friends on his birthday as a joke, saved more than $250 on food, drinks, taxi using that card.

According to the report, the comic book illustrator, Richard Macrae, had used this fake card to get discount on food and drinks even on taxi.
He said in a talk that this card acted for him more than his bank card.
Richard continued saying that after seeing him using the card at several places successfully, people asked how they can get this discount card.
Later, A bar man of Richard’s favorite pubs explained that they gave him a discount that they generally give to students.
