WCTV News reports a “police presence” in the area of a shopping center in Tallahassee this morning, but says “its’ not known if the two scenes are related”.

Only armory staff were present at the time of the threat, he said.

Phillips said that he made a mistake in originally reporting that a suspect had been apprehended. The Florida National Guard Joint Operations Center is monitoring the situation.
