All the injured are expected to survive as none of their wounds are critical. Police believe this planned shooting was a retaliatory attack.

Baltimore County Police said on Facebook that the man who was fatally shot by police was 33-year-old Oddis Bernard Colvin, Jr. Witnesses say the girl and her father were off to the side of the other people the Baltimore gunmen open fired on that were standing on Preston Street.

He and Smith said police were already getting leads from the public to aid the investigation.

Police say they have received some anonymous tips but still need help to catch these suspects.

He said those who shot the girl deserved to be not only in jail, but “under the jail”.

One of the victims is a three-year-old girl, but no one is in critical condition.
