A knight rider fan has spent more than $25,000 to transform an old banger into the iconic KITT from the 1980s series.

According to the report, the whole transformation from start to end took almost 10 years – and more than 25,000 dollars.
The recreated car owner, Scott Bainbridge, said in talk that he changed almost everything from the old model including windows, doors, winds, windscreens, suspension, steering and break parts.
The 25 year old American said in a talk “Knight Rider is sort of a combination between technology and a cool car, so when you bring those two together I fell in love with it”.
