Some dumb-ass made a decision to climb up Trump Tower in NY, using suction cups before being yanked in by police officers … what a dick.

Rogata was attempting to climb all the way to the top of Trump Tower to speak with Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump. Trump also lives there, but he wasn’t there at the time.

Stephen Rogata, 19, from Great Falls in Virginia, was captured and dragged through a window on the 21st floor of the 68-storey skyscraper around three hours after he embarked on his dare-devil stunt Wednesday.

He was arrested and taken into custody for a psychological evaluation, while charges are pending.

In a YouTube video posted earlier this week he described himself as an “independent researcher” and needed to deliver an “important message” to Mr Trump.

After several hours, officers were finally able to pull the unidentified climber into an opened window on the building’s 21st floor.

Trump, who was on his presidential campaign tour in Virginia, wasn’t there to see the spectacle.

His family lives about 20 miles from Washington, D.C. and he traveled to the city to climb the tower.

It remains unclear whether legal action will be taken against Rogata.

Police have grabbed a climber who was using suction cups to scale up the side of Trump Tower in New York City.

“Believe me, if my goal was not significant, I would not risk my life pursuing it”, the man says.

“Believe me, if my objective was not significant, I would not risk my life pursuing it”, Steve said in his video.

“At no time did he express that he wanted to hurt anybody”, NYPD Assistant Chief William Aubrey said.

“Hello Mr. Trump. Excuse my matter of appearance, I just don’t know how many people will watch this and I’d rather not be recognizable”. I’m 100% certain the NYPD had better things to do. While ABC News has not confirmed that the man in the video is the climber, a high ranking police source tells us there is “no reason to believe it’s not him”. The hotel is located 3.8 miles away from the Trump Tower.

The climber began his ascent from a terrace that is open to the public during the day.
