A man went to doctor for his stomach cramps but unfortunately this pain turned into a period pain as doctors revealed that he had women genitals.

According to the report, man, identified as Mr. Chen, went to the doctors of First People’s Hospital in Yongkang, china, for his severe stomach pain and blood in his urine.
After checkup, doctors left stunned after finding ovaries and a uterus instead of male parts.
Confused doctors then performed a chromosome examination which showed that Mr. Chen had a pair of female XX sex chromosomes.
The chief of the hospital later said “he was wearing men’s clothes and had short hair so we didn’t think that he would be a female at the beginning”.
