Man-U to be my last club in Europe: Schweinsteiger
Schweinsteiger started his career at Bayern Munich, before joining United past year and made 31 appearances last season, scoring one goal.

Schweinsteiger said on Twitter: “MUFC will be my last club in Europe”.
I can’t see him featuring for Man United this season if he stays past the summer transfer window, a move would benefit both parties as he’ll be able to pick up first-team game time elsewhere while United can take his staggering salary off the wage bills. “I want to thank the fans for the wonderful support over the recent weeks”.
A move to the United States makes sense and would be suited to Schweinsteiger’s tennis star wife Ivanovic.
Under those terms, he would still be able to join an MLS club until September 15.
But although Mourinho may be more interested at the moment in trimming down the size of his squad, the club continues to be linked with new players.
Mourinho has a close relationship with Varane after managing him at Real and hailing the 23-year-old as the best defender in the world, but he has confirmed that he will remain at Real for at least another season.
The Portuguese super agent is due in Manchester to discuss the future of City’s Eliaquim Mangala, who he represents.

The same articles states United are optimistic that Southampton change their stance and consider an offer from the Red Devils on transfer deadline day as Mourinho looks to bolster his defensive options.
