According to Dunbar Middle School Principal Donnell Gilliam, school officials were made aware October 26 that the man possibly would try to get into the school.

Lewis, who was cited for simple possession by the Dunbar Police Department earlier, walked into the Kiddie Kollege daycare at the First Church of the Nazarene, officer said. He loves him so much, in fact, that he’s already been arrested twice this week for disrupting schools in order to sing the Bieb’s music over the intercom.
A West Virginia man is facing multiple charges after bursting into two schools Tuesday wanting to sing Justin Bieber songs over the intercoms.
Police arrived soon after and said it appeared the man had not taken his prescribed medication.
Lewis has been returned to the hospital, where healthcare workers are likely keeping a very close eye on him.
The Bieber fanatic also claimed he was Jesus and began swearing at the young kids when he was told to leave, eyewitnesses said.
He was charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing, and readmitted to Thomas Memorial Hospital.
The precautionary lockdown has since been lifted.
Police on scene said the man was buzzed in to the school and are investigating that situation.
