A man was found performing sex operations and saying ‘wow’ with the letter box before a woman.

It was explained that the 45 year old man, Paul Bennett, went near the letter box in Wigan and started performing some sexual act which even included moaning.
This disgusting behavior was seen by a nearby woman, who made a complaint.
And when police arrived on the location, they even found the man was exposing himself.
He was then arrested and presented before court, where he ended with 12-month community order including an alcohol treatment.
He was even fined for his behavior.
