A 19-year-old climber has made headlines across the United States on Wednesday after he attempted to scale real estate mogul turned USA presidential candidate Donald Trump’s headquarters using a number of industrial-grade suction cups.

At the end of the video, he tells people to vote for the Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump. Security is tight around the tower, which is the site of Trump’s campaign launch and is also his residence.

He was arrested and taken into custody for a psychological evaluation, while charges are pending.
Not long after a young man – later identified as 19-year-old Steve from Virginia – began scaling Trump Tower in Midtown, Manhattan, viewers began noting a striking similarity between him and the actor.
According to The New York Post, the man posted a video to You Tube Tuesday saying he was a Trump supporter and wanted to meet with him. He climbed up the building’s glass facade for about three hours Wednesday afternoon before police pulled him into a window at about 6:30 p.m.
It wasn’t immediately clear if he had an attorney.
“If I had sought this through conventional means, I would be much less likely to have success because you are a busy man with many responsibilities”, he says. Mr Trump was outside the city on Wednesday, holding rallies in Virginia and Florida. Other officers were lowered from the top of the building on a window washing scaffold, but they didn’t reach him.
“His entire life focus is on that blog”, his mother, Gina Ryan, told police, according to the report. In a unusual turn of events, the unidentified man in the video calls on viewers to vote for Trump. “I took hold of his hand and I said, ‘Sir, would you come with me'”. The climber shifted his route several times in what appeared to be an attempt to get around the police.
“This man performed a ridiculous and unsafe stunt”, Cohen said.

Parts of the building, including the terraces, are open to the public during the day.
