According to the report, the man, John Wayne Bobbitt, 47, had suffered from the drastic scene of ‘penis cut’ in the year 1993 and now is suffering from the broken neck after he met with a car accident.
John became famous in 1993 because of the incident in which his wife had chopped his penis off in moving car and thrown it out of the window – calling it ‘revenge’ for years of domestic abuse.
However, this time a driver jumped a red light and hit the side of his pick-up truck, breaking one of the vertebra in his neck.
