A man with a metal rod in his head went to the petrol station asking for help – and everybody thought he was pranking.

According to the report, the 23 year old unnamed man had a fight, in which he was attacked by the rod which ended in his head.
He then managed to drive several meters to the petrol station in attempts to get some help.
The staffs at the petrol station initially thought that he was pranking with them. But soon realized that the man really needed help.
He was then immediately taken to the nearest hospital, where doctors after checking him up said that he was very serious and will remain in hospital for few days.
However, it is still unclear what the actual scene was with the man.
