A scooter-riding Florida man is being sought in connection with sneakily sniffing the feet of a university student without her consent, WSVN reports.

Miami-Dade police say 52-year-old Eddy Juan was arrested Tuesday and charged with violation of sexual offender registration, fleeing and eluding, reckless driving, aggravated assault and resisting without violence.
The police department received a report Saturday, August 29 at 12:15 p.m., which included a photograph of an unknown individual with foot festishism laying under a table at the main campus library. There’s a picture of the man allegedly in action at the library. “You would run”, said student Arianna Fernandez to CBS Miami. “I don’t understand why someone would want to do that”, said FIU student, Helen Wagner.
Psychiatrists said foot fetishes are common and there’s nothing wrong with them with willing participants.
“Based on recent media coverage of a suspicious incident at the Modesto A. Maidique Campus, the Crime Stoppers program received multiple tips leading to the identity of the person involved”.
“FIUPD takes these reports seriously and continues to investigate the matter”.

The man, believed to be somewhere between 5’8 and 6’0 and over 200 pounds, was then snapped making his way off campus on a tiny scooter.
