Manchester United target Pedro tells Barcelona he wants to leave
Former Arsenal and Barcelona star Thierry Henry feels that Manchester United will be getting their hands on a “perfect” winger if they are able to complete the £22m of his ex-colleague Pedro Rodriguez as expected.

The 28-year-old is regarded as one of the best attackers in Spain, but has become frustrated at his lack of first-team football following the arrival of Luis Suarez and Neymar, who have formed a deadly three-man attack at the Nou Camp with Lionel Messi.
“I would never be under the orders of Van Gaal“, the 49-year-old told Spanish radio Onda Cero.
Barcelona coach Luis Enrique expects the uncertainty over Pedro’s future to be over “soon”.
Stoichkov played under Van Gaal at the Catalan giants in the 1990s – and pins his exit firmly at the door of the Dutchman.
Barcelona’s technical secretary Robert Fernandez has confirmed that Pedro has asked to leave the club but insists offers under 30 million euros ($33M) will be rejected.
Stoichkov says he lost respect for Van Gaal after an incident involving the player’s wife, after he had suffered an injury.
“I would like to keep all my players through the whole season“. “If the team don’t get off to a good start, they will be out of the title race for another year”.
“He has spent £200million (at United) and the other day I saw his first game of the season: disastrous”.
Enrique is adamant the doubts over Pedro’s long-term future will not stop him playing while he’s still a Barcelona player.
But he is set for a recall for the European Super Cup tie with Sevilla in Georgia on Tuesday night after Neymar was ruled out with mumps.

“Why should they say goodbye to a player like this?” But we have talked enough about Pedro.
